About Nostalgia Hotel

  • Is there any family rooms, connecting rooms or double deck beds? What is the charges for an extra bed?

No family, connecting rooms or double deck beds . Extra bed subjected to availability at an additional charge of $60.00++

 

  • How many occupants per room type?

02 pax for all room types except Exclusive Triple Room (03pax) that needs to be booked directly with hotel.

 

  • Do you have wheelchair- accessible rooms?

Yes, we have limited wheelchair-accessible rooms, subject to availability. Kindly inform our team when making reservation so we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.

 

  • Does the Hotel provide free WiFi?

All room charges are inclusive of complimentary WiFi / Broadband access. Limited to 02 device per room.

 

  • What is the check-in and check-out timing?

Check-in time: After 2pm

Check-out time: By 12noon

 

  • Is there any parking at the hotel?

The hotel does not have parking facility. The nearest carpark is located at Tiong Bahru Market (chargeable).

 

  • Is the hotel SG Clean certified?

Yes, the hotel is SG Clean certified. The hotel constantly review the cleanliness and hygiene protocol to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members are well taken care.

 

  • Is the hotel a pet friendly hotel?

Pets are not allowed on hotel premises, including certified service animals.

 

  • Does the hotel have swimming pool and gym facilities?

The hotel has a swimming pool at Level 3, Operating hours are 0700hrs-2100hrs daily, subject to weather condition. However the hotel does not have gym facilities.

 

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Guest Rooms and within the Hotel Premises.

 

  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

The hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our team will assist you upon arrival.

 

  • Can I cook food and do laundry in my room?

Cooking and laundry is not allowed in the room. You can only boil hot water using our kettle provided.

 

  • Are there computer or printing facilities in the hotel?

We do not provide computers for our guests’ usage. However, for basic printing request, the team will be delighted to assist. Charges may apply.

 

  • Does all rooms have windows?

No. Some of our rooms do not have a window. However, for our higher category of rooms (Deluxe & Exclusive), all of these rooms come with a window.

 

  • Does the hotel serve breakfast?

No. However there are plenty of places for breakfast within walking distance from the hotel.

  • How do I make payment?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay payments in Singapore dollars. Payment in cash can also be done at the hotel as well.

 

  • How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

You may call +65 6808 1818, WhatsApp +65 8183 8340 or email us at reservation@hotelnostalgia.com.sg to modify or cancel your reservation.

 

  • What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled or modified 72 hours prior to arrival day (based on local hotel time) to avoid a fee of 1 night including tax. No-Show fee: Full stay including tax.

 

  • Is deposit required ?

Yes. $50.00 per night either by cash or credit card refundable upon check out.
