Promotional Rates Terms & Conditions 

• Last minute Deal, Minimum Stay and Advance Purchase Promotion 
• A valid credit card number is required to confirm the booking. 
• Full Payment will be charged on given credit card once booking has made. 
• Bookings are Non-Exchangeable and Non-Transferable. 
• NO Cancellation or changes is allowed. Any cancellation or no show for this booking will be subject to full duration charge. 
• Check-in time is from 1400Hrs & check-out before 1200Hrs 
• Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate.  
• Guest must present credit card given upon reservation at check in.
• Deposit for incidental charges required upon check in. 

BAR(Best Available Rate) & Non-Discounted rates  T&C: 

• A valid credit card number is required to confirm the booking. 
• Credit card pre-authorisation for 1 night is taken upon confirmed booking (unless booked under promotional rates whereby full pre-payment will be to full duration charge. 
• Check-in time is from 1400Hrs & check-out until 1200Hrs  
• Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate.   
• In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of a No-Show, one night-   stay per room will be charged on your credit card. 
• To change or cancel an existing reservation, please contact the agent for assistance.
